Understanding Supapin's pin generation pipeline

Supapin uses a 3-level parallel architecture to generate pins at scale. When you click "Generate", a coordinator analyzes your selected pages and templates, then dispatches work to parallel page-prep workers and pin-render workers.

This architecture means Supapin can generate 90+ pins in under 20 seconds. Each level of the pipeline works independently, so a failure on one page doesn't affect others.

For each page, Supapin scrapes the content to extract the title, meta description, and featured images. This information feeds into the AI text generation step.

The AI generates Pinterest-optimized titles and descriptions for each pin. Titles are crafted to grab attention in the Pinterest feed, while descriptions include relevant keywords to improve discoverability in Pinterest search. Each pin gets unique text — even multiple pins from the same page will have different titles and descriptions.

After AI text is generated, Supapin selects a pin template and renders the final image. Templates are professional designs in the standard 1000x1500 Pinterest format (2:3 aspect ratio).

Your brand colors and fonts are applied to each template automatically. The page's featured image, AI-generated title, and your brand elements are combined into a polished, ready-to-publish pin image.

Thanks to the parallel architecture, Supapin generates pins very quickly. A typical batch of 50-100 pins completes in 15-20 seconds. Pages are processed in parallel (up to 20 simultaneously), and individual pin renders happen in parallel too (up to 50 simultaneously).

You can monitor generation progress in real time from your dashboard. Each pin appears as it's completed, so you can start reviewing before the entire batch finishes.
